  6 weeks ago some jws came to my door.

  i've been inactive for 8 years.

  after they gave their presentation i told them i was inactive.

  What Jehovah can't do...

  during the rc today i heard this(i am paraphrasing and translating):.

  "jehovah has created the physical universe for us.

  he is a spirit and he can't enjoy physical things so he created it for us alone.

  When I was an active witness I always liked the text that says "God cannot lie". Now I know TTATT to me this text is just another proof that God/Jehovah/creator or whatever you want to call the man in the sky is not with Jehovah's Witnesses because it is an organization where the head lies, cheats, protects pedophiles, delivers weapons, etc.
  

  All these things, I am sure, are things that the "God that cannot lie" would have nothing to do with.

  How many JW Families do you know of who hate each other and shun each other? "Religion of Hatred" 1.a

  when you were attending the kingdom halls did you see feuds and hate filled wars against members working on the new personality?

  how strong were the elders in keeping their halls filled with love not hatred, jesus said everyone would be filled with love, there was no room for hatred in jesus christ's view of how christians ought to act!

  when you see children shunning parents, parents shunning children, aunts, uncles, grandma and grandpas displaying qualities jesus said were "instant tickets to hell" why do the jws keep attending the meetings if their filled with hate?

  an elder in my congo gave a talk.

  he was always interesting to listen to and one of the nice guys.

  (the nice elders are always targets of the bully elders, no?).

  they messed my mind up all my life.

  I know how you feel, they messed mine up for nearly 30 years.

  In the congregation I was in our CoBE would insist that all sisters wear skirts/dresses with a hem below the knee. Then we got a new CO and his wife always wore skirts/dresses where the hem was always above the knee, and she had nice legs.

  pissed off my wife today at the assembly..I asked her why the bozo GB member lett has a pinky ring.

  so at the assembly to day that nitwit lett gave a talk....i noticed right away he had a pinky ring.

  i asked my wife what was the purpose of the pinky ring?

  and then asked....would jesus wear a pinky?

  Single Sisters

  am i the only one who has single, desperate sisters in the congregation?

  they tend to be holier-than-thou, frumpty, but in private talk about getting married.

  but they don't understand why no brother will look at them.

  I knew a single sister in my congregation (she is now in her late thirties), she was basically held down all her life, no boyfriends, no experimenting, no nothing. She started a relationship with someone at the office, a non witness. Well you guessed it JC, disfellowshipped. She has been living with him for over a year now.
  

  She is now on my list of one of the happiest people on earth.
